About the Position
The Compliance Officer supports the second line of defence, monitoring transactions, maintaining policies and liaising with regulators across the group's licensed entities.
Responsibilities
- •Monitor AML/CTF alerts and escalate suspicious activity
- •Maintain compliance policies and internal controls
- •Support regulatory reporting and audits
- •Deliver compliance training to internal teams
Qualifications
- •3+ years in compliance at a financial institution or fintech
- •Knowledge of EU AML regulation and MiCA
- •Fluent English; German an advantage
