About the Position

Backend Engineers design and operate high-throughput distributed services where microseconds matter. You will work in Go and Python on networking, relay and gateway systems.

Responsibilities

• •Design and implement low-latency networking services
• •Optimize throughput and reliability across global nodes
• •Collaborate with research and product teams on new features
• •Participate in on-call rotation for production systems

Qualifications

• •4+ years building backend or distributed systems
• •Strong Go or Python experience
• •Understanding of networking fundamentals
• •Preferred: blockchain or trading infrastructure experience
