About the Position
The Technical Account Manager supports sophisticated customers through integration, tuning and ongoing performance reviews, bridging engineering and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- •Onboard trading firms and validators onto the network
- •Troubleshoot latency and integration issues
- •Translate customer requirements into product feedback
- •Run performance reviews with key accounts
Qualifications
- •3+ years in technical account management or solutions engineering
- •Comfort reading code and API documentation
- •Interest in crypto trading infrastructure
