About the Position

The General Manager for North America owns regional performance end to end. You will set the commercial strategy, lead cross-functional teams across sales, customer success and marketing, and be accountable for revenue growth and retention in the region.

Responsibilities

• •Own regional revenue targets, forecasting and P&L
• •Lead and develop sales, customer success and regional marketing leaders
• •Define the North American go-to-market and partnership strategy
• •Represent the region with global leadership and key enterprise accounts
• •Drive operational rigor across pipeline, retention and expansion

Qualifications

• •10+ years in enterprise SaaS leadership, including regional GM or VP roles
• •Track record of scaling revenue in North America
• •Experience leading multi-functional teams remotely
• •Strong commercial and analytical judgment
