The Panel Operations Coordinator keeps the online research panel healthy — supporting recruitment campaigns, member engagement and the data-quality checks that protect research integrity.

Responsibilities

• •Coordinate panel recruitment and incentive programs
• •Monitor member engagement and response rates
• •Run data-quality and fraud-detection checks
• •Respond to panel member inquiries

Qualifications

• •1+ year in operations, community management or research support
• •Bilingual French and English
• •Detail-oriented with strong spreadsheet skills
