Invoice Operations Associates ensure digitized invoice data is accurate and complete, forming the backbone of the platform's food cost reporting.
Responsibilities
- •Review and correct digitized invoice line items
- •Maintain accuracy and throughput targets
- •Flag recurring vendor data issues
- •Support process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- •Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
- •Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work
- •Prior operations or bookkeeping exposure a plus
