About the Position

Onboarding Specialists own the first 60 days of the customer relationship, configuring accounting integrations, item catalogs and training restaurant teams.

Responsibilities

• •Run onboarding calls and configure customer accounts
• •Set up accounting and POS integrations
• •Train restaurant managers on daily workflows
• •Hand off to ongoing customer success

Qualifications

• •1+ year in onboarding, hospitality operations or customer success
• •Restaurant industry experience a strong plus
• •Excellent communication and organization
