About the Position
Implementation Analysts translate complex compensation plans into platform configuration, building calculation logic, data imports and reporting for new customers.
Responsibilities
- •Configure compensation plan logic in the platform
- •Build and validate data import processes
- •Test calculation accuracy against customer expectations
- •Train customer administrators
Qualifications
- •2+ years in implementation, analytics or finance operations
- •Advanced Excel; SQL an advantage
- •Strong attention to numeric detail
