About the Position
Solutions Engineers translate customer requirements into working identity flows, running technical discovery, demos and proofs of concept alongside the sales team.
Responsibilities
- •Lead technical discovery and solution design with prospects
- •Build demos and proofs of concept
- •Support integration questions during evaluation
- •Feed customer requirements back to product
Qualifications
- •3+ years in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales
- •Comfort with APIs, webhooks and JavaScript
- •Excellent presentation skills
