About the Position
Trust & Safety Analysts review verification decisions, investigate fraud patterns and tune rules so customers catch bad actors without blocking legitimate users.
Responsibilities
- •Review flagged verifications and escalations
- •Investigate emerging fraud patterns
- •Recommend rule and threshold adjustments
- •Document findings for customers and internal teams
Qualifications
- •2+ years in trust and safety, fraud or risk operations
- •Analytical mindset with SQL familiarity a plus
- •Strong written communication
