About the Position
Merchant Support Specialists are the front line for merchants using the payment gateway, resolving integration, settlement and dispute questions quickly and clearly.
Responsibilities
- •Resolve merchant tickets across email and chat
- •Guide merchants through plugin and API integration
- •Investigate transaction and settlement discrepancies
- •Document recurring issues for the product team
Qualifications
- •1+ year in support for a payments or SaaS product
- •Comfortable with APIs and e-commerce plugins
- •Fluent English
